We are overjoyed to share some truly wonderful news with our community.

On 17th May, a team of 20 extraordinary employees from Trust Payments took on the Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge – an awe-inspiring 58km trek with a 1,700m incline, all in one single day. Their strength, determination, and team spirit not only carried them through the challenge but also raised an incredible £10,034 for Our Angels.

For a small local charity like ours, this support is nothing short of life-changing. Every penny of this donation is going directly towards our Mobile Ultrasound Scanner Appeal for the antenatal and maternity wards at Harrogate District Hospital. This vital piece of equipment will bring reassurance, safety, and compassionate care to families – especially those facing the anxiety of pregnancy after loss.

What makes this achievement even more moving is the personal connection behind it. The challenge was nominated by Leon Furniss, son of our Chairperson, Emma. Leon bravely took part in memory of his brother Charlie, making this journey of endurance a heartfelt tribute to him, and a powerful reminder of why Our Angels exists.
