We would like to take a moment to express our deepest and most heartfelt thanks to Tom Drew and his wife Ceri for their incredible support of Our Angels.

Last year, Tom took on the Yorkshire Marathon in memory of their precious daughter, Maeve, and in doing so raised an extraordinary £1,968 for our charity. This is an achievement that means so much to us, not only in the amount raised, but in the love, courage, and purpose behind every mile.

Fundraising of this nature plays a vital role in helping us continue our work. Tom’s generous donation will be carefully split between our scanner fund, which supports families at the most difficult of times, and our ongoing services, including memory boxes, counselling support, and bereavement literature. These resources provide comfort, guidance, and compassion when it is needed most.

We are incredibly moved by Tom’s dedication and strength, and by the way both Tom and Ceri have chosen to honour Maeve’s memory in such a meaningful way. Turning personal loss into support for other families is a powerful act of love, and one that will have a lasting impact.
